Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines

Vylara Labs LLC  ·  These guidelines form part of the Affiliate Agreement  ·  Questions: affiliates@vylaralabs.com

These guidelines tell you exactly what you can say, what you cannot say, and how to disclose your affiliate relationship. They apply to every piece of content where your Vylara Labs affiliate code or tracking link appears — Instagram posts, TikTok videos, YouTube content, podcasts, newsletters, Substack posts, DMs, and anything else.

The short version: share your genuine experience, always disclose, never make medical claims.

Why These Rules Exist

Peptide research products occupy a specific regulatory context. Vylara Labs sells products for research purposes only. Content that implies therapeutic use — that products treat, prevent, cure, or diagnose any condition — creates legal and regulatory exposure for both Vylara Labs and you personally. These rules protect both parties.

Required Disclosure Language

You must disclose your affiliate relationship in every piece of content where your code or link appears. There are no exceptions.
