NOT approved as food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices

No information on this Site constitutes medical, health, or professional advice.

By purchasing from this Site, you expressly represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified individual or entity experienced in laboratory research;
You possess the facilities, training, and equipment necessary to handle these products safely;
You will use all products strictly in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Canadian and U.S. regulations.

4. Customer Acknowledgements and Assumption of Risk

5. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Compliance with all occupational health, safety, and hazardous materials regulations;
Determining whether products are subject to any import, export, or regulatory restrictions;

Vylara reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel sales to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

6. Orders, Payments, and Final Sale Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Orders are deemed an offer to purchase and are not accepted until payment has been received and approved.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of the products, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.

7. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Force Majeure

Products may be shipped via third-party logistics providers. Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Vylara shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs actions, regulatory holds, natural disasters, and supply chain disruptions.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon shipment from the fulfillment facility.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Vylara Labs Inc expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
